Earlier this week I finally purchased The National's fifth album, 'High Violent' (featured them on ListenUp's Top 10's). Such a smooth album, I suggest you to pick it up. Enjoy!

100 Days of Summer | part 10
Tonight, I had an awesome opportunity to see The Black Keys live at TCU Place. Aristo and myself were supposed to go together but tickets sold out, Asif surprised me with an extra ticket! I was so stoked.
The show was so good! Everything you can expect and more. Great performers, the lighting and sound were amazing. Performed songs from the new album "Brothers"(may have seen on "ListenUp's Top 10's... here and here) and even some older songs. This duo (from Akron, Ohio) thoroughly impressed me with their live performance. If you haven't heard any music from The Black Keys, I suggest you go buy their albums and even see them live! With that being said...

Jay-Z & Jack White.
Jay-Z and Jack White (The White Stripes) are supposably working together on an unreleased track. Should be good, both are amazing musicians and rap/rock tracks are good mixtures.

Tuesdays With W.I.L.T.
I first heard No Age about two years ago, when I was watching a skate video, it was an Altamont demo. I was stoked on them, the past four months or so... they are on my daily playlist. Super chill, rock duet.

This past week, I have been jamming out to Mickey Factz "The Dark Phoenix:Alpha". Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix being my favorite (non-Rap) album of 2009, I felt like this mixtape was ment for me. Seeing as all of the beats were sampled from the ever-so-popular Phoenix album. Its a non-stop thrill, ListenUp.
Download it, Here.
