HUF Summer 10- Tees and Snapbacks.
HUF has been probably my overall favorite apparel/streetwear line this entire two season span. They always bring that clean look to a colorful and unique concept. They never over-do it. HUF snapbacks are like no other, if you want something that fits properly and looks hella 'tight'... check it.

Violent Sex.
I really think the biggest change to my wardrobe this year will be tank tops... I have worn tank tops in the past, but I do not have enough to make a bi-weekly cycle without wearing them sooo many times.
I am stoked on these Freshjive tank tops that are shipping in the Summer, they give off that retro/summer vibe... it makes me want to wear a vintage NBA starter cap and grow a greasy mustache... that is good in my books.

Complex Cover - June/July 2010
M.I.A. is about to release a new album called, Born Free. Being featured in numerous magazines and press the last week, you know she is going to produce something good. I have heard a couple tracks from the album, I like what I hear... very different from one of my favorite albums, "Kala".

Salute to Guru and Gang Starr
This post has been delayed for far too long. On April 19th, 2010, Keith "Guru" Elam (pictured left) passed away. He was known for his honest and hard-hitting rhymes, delivered in his signature monotone style. Along with DJ Premier (pictured right), he made up one half of one of my favorite hip-hop groups of all-time: Gang Starr. I gave it some thought and I decided that Moment of Truth is my favorite Gang Starr album. Three of my favorite tracks off the album are: Work, Betrayal ft. Scarface and Royalty ft. K-Ci & JoJo. But honestly, their entire discography is amazing and worth a listen if you're a fan of "real" hip-hop. Also, check out DJ Premier's Guru tribute mix. R.I.P Guru.

Kanye West ft. Dwele - Power
It's been a long time coming. A new record from Kanye West's highly anticipated fifth album Good Ass Job. This track incorporates all of Kanye's musical styles: the soul samples of College Dropout, the orchestral strings, and polished feel of Late Registration, the "stadium status" of Graduation, and the tribal drums off of 808's and Heartbreak. If this is any indication of what Good Ass Job will bring, color me ecstatic.

Jay-Z and Jack White (The White Stripes) are supposably working together on an unreleased track. Should be good, both are amazing musicians and rap/rock tracks are good mixtures.
